About the role:

We are seeking a Proactive and self-motivated Senior Executive with strong follow-up, communication, and coordination skills. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Project coordination, Idea implementation, a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and MIS reporting. Additionally, experience in social media branding and a strong sense of ownership and accountability are essential for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Task Management & Follow-Ups: Ensure timely follow-ups on assigned tasks and maintain seamless coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Communication & Collaboration: Foster professional communication with teams, vendors, and clients to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ownership & Accountability: Take full responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring timely execution with precision.

- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend enhancements to optimize productivity.

- Social Media Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen brand presence across social media platforms.

- E-Commerce Support: Assist in managing e-commerce platforms, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

- MIS & Reporting: Manage data, generate reports, and provide analytical insights to support decision making.
