Senior Executive- Marketing
The role of the Senior Marketing Executive is to work with the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience to plan and implement marketing activities which deliver on the marketing strategy, aligned to overall strategic company goals. The role is extremely varied, spanning a wide range of activities.
Business: Restaurant Brands Asia Limited (Burger King India)
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Brand Manager
Budget: 6-7 LPA (please look at candidates in the range of 5 LPA so that offer can be made accordingly)
Years of experience: 2+ (1-year experience candidate can also be considered if the candidate is very good)
Will assist Brand Manager - who ideally should be from an agency in an account servicing role. Whose day in day out job is to handle clients - asking all the stuff needed. Also, knows how to handle agencies.

Overall purpose of job :
- Senior Executive will assist the Brand Manager for maintaining brand integrity across all marketing communications. It Involves strong execution across touchpoints and project management.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
- The tasks and responsibilities (not limited to) are as below:
- Execute Design Calendar
- Ensure timely implementation of the design calendar across all consumer touchpoints
- Execute Brand Designs o Identify and draw corrective actions for the brand basis Brand Guidelines
- Digital Menu Boards (DMB)
- Execute DMBs across Burger King restaurants
- Regularly review competition DMBs
- Vendor Management
- Manage Creative Agencies for delivering optimum outputs within stipulated budget
- Manage agency workforce for optimal distribution of projects
- Special requirements, external and internal contacts, travel, working conditions, etc.
Special Requirements
-Managing agencies & people
- Multi-tasking in terms of projects
- External Contacts - Agencies
- Internal Contacts - SCM, Legal, NPD, Insights, Operations, LSM teams at various hierarchy levels, IT
- Travel - Limited but required
Education, qualifications, special training, experience and skills :
- MBA in Marketing
- Experience of minimum 2 years in Agency (Account Management)
- Exposure to Campaigns would be added advantage
