Senior Executive/Manager/Senior Manager - Residential Sales - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Being a goal-oriented individual with the ability to meet sales deadlines
- Possess good marketing skills for increasing customer base and sales
- Strong communication skills and the ability to pass information to customers effectively
- Possess strong persuasive skills for acquiring more customers and making more sales
- Highly self motivated, with the ability to maintain optimism at all times
- Follow up client for Booking
- Helping client in selection of unit and negotiation
- Close client successfully with booking
- Prior sales experience in Real Estate is an advantage.
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them
- Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.
- Interacting with existing and prospective clients.
- Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector
- Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market
- Process required documentation including contracts, deeds, leases, etc.
- Analyze, check, maintain and update property/client lists
