Senior Executive/Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned geography to meet Financial Consultant and customers. Your ability to build a strong and sustainable distribution network will define your success.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Obtain monthly goals and targets
- Find Business Associates and Quality Advisors
- Utilize cold calling to clarify the company's policies to our customers
- Participating in conferences and product training
- Mentioning sales goals and achieving goals
- Following up on leads and advice from business associates
- Generating leads of Potential Customers
- Meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Bargaining all assurances with prospective customers
- Assisting define pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Describe the policies of the company to our customers via cold calling
- Sell products and services by convincing the customer
- Attending and participating in product training and conferences
- Taking note of the sales goals and achieving the same
Candidate Requirement:
- Any type of degree.
- 2 years at the very least in sales and marketing, along with a charming personality and strong communication skills
- a person motivated for a task.
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
- The candidate has spent more than three years in their current residence.
