Senior Executive/Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Job Overview :
- The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting and developing a team of financial advisors to achieve business objectives. The SM will be responsible for identifying and developing new channels of distribution for the company, and building a strong team of agents to ensure successful sales performance.
Job Responsibilities :
- Select and engage and recruit financial advisors in accordance with the plan.
- Ensure that the productivity of Active consultants is kept at the planned level.
- Create personal connections with people in the corporate world to make work easier.
- Hold regular meetings with reporting agents to discuss how they are doing and to provide them advice.
- Bring in new business and generate revenue.
- Conduct a weekly review with the reporting manager
- Participate in all management meetings and training sessions
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
