Senior Executive - Key Accounts - Auto/Auto Ancillary (2-4 yrs)
Senior Executive - Key Accounts :
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major Industrial clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key Industrial customer needs and requirements
- Propose new products to clients using entire data sources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.
- Increase Industrial accounts revenue and identify fresh Industrial business opportunities adhering to given budget structure.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by Industrial customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Interact regularly with top ten Industrial accounts related to monthly selling, deliveries and stock availability.
- Meeting annual revenue targets, market penetration KRAs and planned business growth in key Industrial customer segments.
- Develop relations between company and Industrial client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems.
- Recommend management routinely of tribulations and opportunities trying to resolve issues and improve growth prospects.
- Schedule advance working appointments and respond promptly.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to Industrial customers in a timely manner
- Identify and attract new Industrial customers, strategic Planning, continuously increase market
- Intelligence, negotiate and close deals with Industrial customers and provide operational guidance.
Skills :
- Ability to influence and negotiate with Industrial customers at all levels
- Must have exposure to target oriented environment
- Negotiation Skills and Presentation Skills
- Proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Build relationship with clients for smooth sales and Influential skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ready to Travel PAN India.
