Senior Executive - International Sales - Travel Package (2-10 yrs)
- Communication- level very polished English AND Hindi.
- Experience- Experience of minimum 2 years and above in Travel Industry
- Interview type- Online

- Qualification- Graduate (preferably Tourism industry / Any field with experience in tourism industry)
Responsibilities :
- Develop, build, and manage existing and new clients.
- Ensuring quality service by following the organization standards.
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events.
- Follow up on leads
- Generate monthly budgets and sales forecasts.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, cost and accommodation
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Meet profit and sales targets.
Requirements :
- Experience in industry for at least 1 year (if fresher, need to be highly dynamic and adaptive. Quick to grasp)
- Thinking on feet (spontaneous)
- Excellent knowledge of computer, reservation system etc (knowing GDS and certification is an addon- )
- Flexible in terms of extended work hours
- Committed and dedicated
