Senior Executive - International Sales - Creative Services Organization (1-6 yrs)
A leading Creative Services Organization is looking for Sr. Sales Executives -
We are looking for a sales associate who has professional experience selling to and working with the United States, Canada, and UK markets. We Are on the hunt for a sales professional who is strong Sales canvassing, Sales research & targeting, Sales workflow process via software applications, and strong Sales communication with clients.
This individual must have professional-level written and verbal communication in English.
Job Description :
The sales employees will be responsible for responding directly to emails ensuring excellent experience for potential customers. This individual is someone who orients to meeting targets without sacrificing customer quality. This position will be responsible for understanding standard operating procedures, following instructions, and have a desire to help future customers.
Key Responsibilities :
1. R&D + prospect for large volume accounts throughout the United States, Canada, and the UK
2. Follow the SalesForce workflow and operating procedures of the sales department
3. Complete tasks related to answering questions while maintaining the highest quality standards.
4. Quality control of the sales experience and communication
5. Execute Socratic and empathetic communication with all potential customers using standard communication channels while providing a great experience
6. Understand goals for productivity to ensure targets are met
7. Receive constructive feedback and coaching when needed
8. Help your co-workers maintain organization for all sales cases
9. Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by manager
10. Help your team understand standards and operating procedures
11. Use our software applications to update reports and sales tracker with new sales conversions

EXPERIENCE AND EXECUTION ESSENTIALS:
1. 1 to 6 years of sales experience
2. Excellent English speaker
3. Fluent in English with both the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
4. Experience with multi-tier nurturing for a close
5. Ability to think critically and resolve issues and challenges
6. Have real work experience following creative direction with real deadlines and structure
7. Have a professional track record within sales communication
8. Proficiency in organizational skill and time management
9. Driven to be self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
