Senior Executive - Insurance Sales (2-9 yrs)
The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees by offering financial protection benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment :
- Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
Agent Development :
- Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
- Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
Meet Business Targets:
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
- Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.
- Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan
Job Specifications:
- Graduate / Post graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2- 7 years of work experience in Sale role
- Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred
- Age 23 -39 Years
- Good Communication Skills
