Senior Executive - Inside Sales - IT (2-4 yrs)
Job Brief:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.
Job Description:
Sales - Talk to the existing, missed & new customers daily and identify their requirements.
- Progressing on the identified requirements technically & commercially.
- Maintaining good relationship with customers to understand their concerns and have them addressed.
- Send renewal notifications to customer periodically and follow-up.
- Should be target oriented and be able to drive the set objectives independently.
- Should be responsible and accountable for revenues, margins & collections.
- To ensure 100% on-time collections.
- Owning up the opportunities through successful POC till submitting commercial proposals.
- Should comply to the MIS reporting.
- Should be able to gather market intelligence of the opportunities.
- Should be ready to learn, develop and grow skills required for the job.
Educational Qualification : Any Graduation
- Bachelor's degree in finance / Accounts
Certification Requirement: Well experienced with web presentation tools and CRM
Required Experience : 2 to 4 Years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience as an Inside Sales Representative.
