Senior Executive - Inside Sales - IT (1-5 yrs)
a. Roles and Responsibilities
i. Daily calling to the customer.
ii. Follow up with Existing Customers (Quotations, Requirements, etc.)
iii. Fixing Appointment on daily basis for the account managers.
iv. Lead management and promotional calls conversion
v. Getting new requirement by daily calling.
vi. Sending Quotations to the customer based on their requirements.
vii. Sending Quote to the Account Managers Customer.
viii. Attending product Training for our Knowledge.
ix. Sending EDM to the Customers & taking follow up with customers.
x. Taking follow up with the customer to close the opportunity.
xi. Getting New Customers By calling.
xii. Working on various Leads.
xiii. Status updates to customers
xiv. Follow-up with customers for payment-related issue
b. Skills Required
i. Knowledge in IT Infrastructure Integration
ii. Knowledge of the various IT OEM products
iii. Knowledge of various Marketing techniques
iv. Good Negotiation Skills
v. Ability to converse easily with Customers, Vendors, etc.
vi. Out- of- box thinking
vii. Strong in problem-solving
viii. Good at multi-tasking and time management
