Business Development - Sales: As part of the Business Development Team this role is crucial and forms the back-bone of the process. The objective is to bring new businesses and foster the existing ones.
Primary Job Role: Calling the Career aspirants and Working professionals and assisting them to choose the best courses which can help them land a job and or get promotion. Face to Face Career Counselling experience is an Add-on. Please apply if you are good counsellor and have zeal to work towards the target.
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects.
- Following up on regular intervals with prospective candidates and on sales inquiries, made by a potential candidate through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Achieving sales targets monthly.
- Maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Develop and maintain relationships with the prospects/client with a go-getter attitude
- Undertake any Sales/BD related activities as specified by the seniors.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Able to meet aggressive deadlines/willing to work for targets.
