Senior Executive - Inside Sales - Datacenter/Servers & Storage/Networking & Security/Cloud Infrastructure Solutions (4-8 yrs)
Handle end of end Inside Sales Management for top 10 Global Accounts from Inside Sales Perspective
- Experience and Ability to position Enterprise IT Products & Solutions like Datacenter, Audio-Video, Servers & Storage, Networking & Security, Cloud Infrastructure Solutions etc
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and new prospects (this is achieved by following up on inbound leads and online evaluations; proactive cold calling; and following up on outbound marketing campaigns)
- Ability to research potential clients, discover key contacts through various tools, establish contacts and facilitate meetings & business conversation.
- Ability to identify potential opportunities, involve key Pre-Sales team members, nurture and close opportunities.
- Thorough experience in Sales process from enquiry to opportunity creation, nurturing opportunity, quotation, PO processing, delivery followup, payment etc
- Ability to up-sell & cross-sell and never settle for transactional or point product requirements
- Ability to understand and handle transactions around Import, Export, STPI, SEZ, Multi-Currency Transactions.
- Present periodic report and accountability on the inside sales activities
- Engage in forecasting, planning, and account resource allocation and strategy
- Make calls and/or web based presentations to support sales and manage product positioning strategies
- Develop targeted campaigns to increase product pipeline
- Prepare and deliver presentations (most of the time electronic) and proposals in a professional way
- Regularly update customer about new trends, product portfolio etc
- Diligently develop and maintain a network of business contacts within and around the company's area or niche
- Prospect both cold and warm accounts and demonstrate company's website tools and functionality to potential customers so as to secure and close business
Qualification and Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in IT with 3-6 years experience
- Previous Experience in handling end to end Inside Sales Management for Large Accounts
- Proficiency around CRM, ERP, Lead Generation Tools
- Thorough understanding of STPI, SEZ, Import, Export, Custom Duty, Taxation etc
