Senior Executive - Field Sales - BFS (2-9 yrs)
Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting potential clients, introducing our company's motor rewinding services, and converting leads into customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Identifying potential advisors from open market
2. Visiting potential clients' sites, introducing our company and services, and understanding their needs.
3. Presenting and demonstrating our services to potential clients.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
5. Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
6. Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
7. Providing feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Keeping up-to-date with product and service information, industry trends, and competitive market.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2.Min.2 years experience in field sales
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
5. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
