Senior Executive/Executive - Technical Services - Powder Product (3-8 yrs)
- To support Technical service related to New Modification, New Development activities and matching Competitor's product.
- Technical service to customers in case of complaints, new product and/or new application
- Work closely with Business Development Team/Sales Team to drive Powder Product Range.
- Thorough Evaluation of Newly developed products versus Competitor's products.
- Visits to customer to explain the application capabilities of various products from Arkema portfolio
- Benchmarking activity or competition product analysis
- To test inhouse production batch of powder resins produced in plant
- Support ISO requirements
- Knowledge of Paint preparation, application and its Testing (Powder coating)
- Troubleshooting and enhancement of product performance based on application results
