Senior Executive/Executive - Media Planning & Buying (3-12 yrs)
- 1-5 years of Digital Marketing experience or Media planning/buying operations experience is must.
- Experience in any of the Adservers or DSPs like CM360,DV360,DCM,GAM, GA etc. or Media buying platforms like Prisma/MediaTools etc.
- Responsible for Prisma campaign data inputting in a timely manner, booking campaigns in accordance with media plan.
- Work with the teams based in Canada to upload & setup of campaigns for Digital buys within Prisma.
- Issue campaign RO and track campaign performance to ensure it is delivering as per the goals.
- Facilitate the trafficking process by issuing Digital trafficking sheets and Insertion Order Release Forms.
- Competitive reporting and analysis.
- Collect creative specifications and manage digital trafficking requirements for the Ad Ops team.
- Be responsible for billing discrepancies and produce resolutions.
- Update media flowcharts based on campaign flights.
- Proficiency in campaign setup, including ad trafficking, targeting, and tracking implementation.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather campaign requirements, including targeting parameters, creative assets, and budget allocation.
