Department AWB (All womens Branch- All below Position are under agency vertical only female can apply)

Place of Posting - Karol Bagh/Nehru Place/ Gurgaon/Noida

Position needs to be hire - Sr. Executive/Executive grade

Salary upto 5 lacs

Note : We required only insurance sector Experience.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Recruitment of women advisors

- Planning and target setting for the advisors

- Interacting with clients and going on call / field with agents for business closures

- Formulating sales strategies for different products, lines of business and achieving targets

- Servicing advisors and ensuring advisor activation

- Training, motivating, engaging and development of advisors and team members

- Achieving topline targets

Competencies and Skills Required:

- Interpersonal& Networking Skills- The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and should be approachable for his team members

- Sales acumen - The candidate should have practical intelligence and ability to handle different sales related situations

- Result Orientation- The candidate should be performance oriented and should give due importance to goal setting, performing and achieving.

- Interpersonal Skills- The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and should be approachable for his team members

- Ability to work in high pressure environment- Insurance sales is target driven therefore the candidate must be able to thrive under stress and help his team cope with it too

- Ability to Multitask - The candidate must be able to prioritize and handle multiple work responsibilities simultaneously

- Industry Knowledge - Candidate needs to be well versed with product knowledge and industry trends in order to do consultative selling.
