Senior Executive - Enterprise Sales - BPO/KPO (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- You will be identifying prospects
- You will run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn / email/call) and generate meetings.
- You will conduct meetings and make presentations to convert them into paying customers.
- You will have a monthly qualified meeting and booking target.
- You will keep all customer interactions updated in our CRM and provide weekly updates on progress against goals.
- You will be assessed on the quality of your pipeline and CRM hygiene
- Your compensation will include a base pay-out plus an attractive sales commission structure.
- You will be incentivized based on bookings generated every month along with other kickers announced from time to time.
Requirements :
- 2 to 5 years in B2B BPO/ IT/ITES Sales
- Demonstrated past performance by way of booking numbers in the past
- Sales experience in US/ EU markets
- Hands-on experience in conducting meetings and making presentations.
- Familiarity with BPO sales metrics
- Comfortable working in an autonomous metric-driven environment
