Senior Executive - Customer Support - Ceramics/Sanitary Ware (3-7 yrs)
- Graduate with 3-5 years- experience in core customer service function
- INR Order Management, Experience in core Customer Service.
- Proven Customer Service/Customer Care experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiar with CRM and ERP systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication skills and willing to work on Voice profile.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Working knowledge in customs bonded warehouse would be additional advantage
- Working experience should be in Pharma/Biotech/Life Science/Manufacturing - industry
Knowledge Required :
