5) Experience : 3- 6 years in operations

Job Role Vision :
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Sr Executive-Operations :
- Profiles experienced in system level-data handling, data management, project management
- Have to manage day to day task of digital tool
- Proficiency in Tamil/English mandatory, Hindi is added advantage
- Base location - Chennai
Job Purpose :
- Ensures timely processing of orders received from the client.
- Single point contact for all digital product configuration.
- Troubleshoots issues related to order processing, master data management and identifies opportunities for improving digital business processes.
Key Result Areas :
1) Processing E-voucher in digital tool, Regular interaction with other dept for smooth process
2) Maintaining Client SLA. Ensure error free configuration by conducting regular reviews
3) Timely generation of reports (Dispatch report, MIS, Timespent etc..) . Conducting week on week reconcilation for orders received from various programs
4) Accelerate data maturity by improving the accuracy, visibility and clarity required in digital business. Ensure that Digitial voucher tasks are executed in a timely manner.
5) Process documentation,Checklist, Tracker etc
