Job Description :


- To understand and cater to the needs of clients and support via inbound or outbound calls.

- Coordinate with other departments - especially Airport, call centre, and finance to resolve customer complaints and queries and provide resolution to customers.

- Responding to the high volume of customer queries and complaints

Technical Knowledge :

- Excellent English and Hindi language skills both verbal and written

- Good typing skills

- Minimum Eligibility

- Graduate

- Prior work experience in email process (Desired)
