Senior Executive - Customer Service - Call Centre (1-3 yrs)
- Experience as Team Leader in BPO or Call Centre, preferable experience in Healthcare industry
Skills required : People Management, communication skills, presentation skills.
Job Description :
- To understand and cater to the needs of clients and support via inbound or outbound calls.
- Coordinate with other departments - especially Airport, call centre, and finance to resolve customer complaints and queries and provide resolution to customers.
- Responding to the high volume of customer queries and complaints

Technical Knowledge :
