Senior Executive - Customer Service (1-13 yrs)

Work Timings - 10:30 to 7:30 PM
Job location : Head Office-Andheri, will be required to work from office
Job responsibilities :
- (GSX)Apple Global service exchange Repair order/Stock order Approval management.
- Need to manage "Global service exchange"(GSX) Escalation/Chat management / Apple Debit Tracker Certifications & ATLAS
- Candidate should analyse "Customer Satisfaction" (CSAT Analysis).
- Should be able to manage Applecare Service Excellence Score Analysis
- Should reconciliation Apple Labour Reimbursement.
- Should provide Training for the Partner location.
- Will have to manage Periodic review with Partners
- Should manage Apple Resolution team escalations.
- Should be able to track Open Request (Cliam/NonClaim).
- Should monitor Apple PUDO project.
- Should manage Running Horizon location i.e. manpower management
- Able to handle Debit Tracker
- Should manage Engineer Productivity.
Skillset required : Apple certified engineer and experience of running a service centre preferred

Qualification - Graduates
Relevant experience needed : Apple certified engineer preferred, else experience in handling a service centre will be beneficial.
