Sr. Executive CRM
- Interacting with customers for completing of documents relating to booking.
- Helping customers for loans and related documents.
- Handling Transfer, Name Addition, Name Deletion, Substitution cases.
- Direct interaction with clients to resolve customer queries.
- Monitoring Fund Transfer Cases, Unit shifting cases, Refund Process, MIS Collection Report.
- Checking and issuing of Payment Demand Notices, Payment Reminders and customer ledger calculation reconciliation..
- Prepare Allotment Letter with Payment Plan/Billing Plan and Details of Consideration.
- Ensuring timely sending demand letters, reminders, call notices cancellation notices etc.
- Timely collection of payments
- Possession Formalities, Documentation, handling possession issues
- Customer Relations Management, Customer Relations Officer, CRM, Real Estate, Back office Operations
