Senior Executive - Customer Relationship Management - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Executive CRM to join our team. The Sr. Executive CRM will manage and maintain the customer relationship management system, analyse data and generate reports, implement sales strategies, conduct market segmentation, and oversee project management for CRM initiatives. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handling tasks such as possession, handover of flats etc.

- Generating MIS reports including outstanding collection estimates.

- Responsible for the post-sales front-end as well as back-end activities from the office, starting from booking till possession.

- Responsible for obtaining approvals from HOD and management on new bookings after getting the first-level verification from the project team.

- Monitoring of requests sent to the backend team and making sure it is completed with accuracy and on time.

- Monitoring of files and records of new and old bookings. Every document should be recorded in a file and scanned.

- Follow-up with customers through calls/mail/Letters/WhatsApp for timely payment.

- Responsible for the timely refund to customers on cancellation of units, by coordinating with the accounts department.

- Responsible for customer retention or cancellations.

- Responsible for post-sales activities like all kinds of documentation of customers like KYC, Bank documents, developing harmonious relations with customers.

Skills and Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of experience required.

- Candidate must be presentable and have good communication skills.

- Preferred only Real Estate Industry with experience in residential/commercial projects.

- Good knowledge of CRM procedures of real estate.

- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Customer service attitude.

- Working knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel.
