Senior Executive - Customer Relationship Management - Gems & Jewellery (2-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Overall in charge of customer satisfaction and collections post-sales for the assigned customer database.
- Ensure collections follow ups / receivables/Registrations are as per company norms and within the specified TAT's.
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards and query resolution within specified TATs.
- Maintaining updated customer database/files.
- Coordinate with banks for home loans for customers and timely disbursements thereafter
- Timely & accurate MIS reports to be maintained for the assigned customer database.
- Responsible to respond/ clarify the customer request/ complaint/query over call, email, in person meeting .
- Manage the entire post sales customer lifecycle management activities.
- Handling possession & handover formalities to the end consumer with highest level of Customer satisfaction.
- Responsible as the customer's one point of contact for overall project related issues .
- Inter-departmental liasoning with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of customer queries
- Responsible for ensuring a hassle free registration for the customer .
- Monthly project progress to be updated to the customers.
- Raising and sending of timely demands, payment receipts, agreement, reminders etc to the assigned customer database.
- Ensuring low complaint escalation and customer cancellation percentages
- Maintaining a high (90%-100%) level of revenue assurance from assigned projects
