Senior Executive - CRM - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
1. Responsible for maintaining relationship between company and customers.
2. Handling all the customers enquiry related after sale.
3. Raising Demand Notes and follow up for payments with customers.
4. Analyze data according to customers balance dues and prepare reports for sending reminders/ final reminders & cancellation letters.
5. Getting fresh bookings updated in system/ software.
6. Resolving Customer Queries Related to Their Payments, Dues & Service Tax Issues.
7. Preparation of all required reports for adherence at customer/management end.
8. Attend and close meeting with customer.
9. Must have knowledge of Allotment Letter, Demand Letter, Possession Handling Process, Reminder Letter, Payment Receipt, Cancellation Letter etc.
10. Responsible for updating the company's MIS and operation capability.
11. Knowledge to Customer loan and disbursement.
