Senior Executive - Corporate Sales - Recruitment (1-3 yrs)
We help corporates hire better through specialised services like sourcing, screening and curation of CVs from other job portals.
We are now looking for candidates who can help us reach more corporates for our services and build new relations apart from maintaining the existing relations as well.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Inviting relevant employers to hire through us and increase the number of opportunities for our candidates.
- Building a pipeline of potential employers by following up with relevant employers on their hiring calendar, building our online presence through content writing and publishing and working on an outreach strategy for offline interactions like workshops on hiring.
- Source one new active opportunity a day for our internal team to service and deliver
Preferred Traits of the Hire :
- Strong business sense
- Exceptional networking abilities across different mediums
- Strong sense of brand building and positioning
- Ability and willingness to develop outreach plans (might also include cold calls and emails)
- Exceptional communication skills - able to draft and convey thoughts in a clear manner
- Mandatory previous experience in BD/Sales or Account Management primarily based on dealing with company decision makers and/or HRs
- Education is secondary : need not come from a specific institute if communication skills and personality traits are well aligned
- Personality : slightly extroverted, open to new experiences, high focus and attention to detail, high level of agreeableness
