Senior Executive - Channel Sales - Jewellery (2-9 yrs)
Location - Delhi
Position - Sr Executive Channel Sales
Job Roles And Responsibilities :
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop annual sales strategy and goals
- Collaborate with sales leaders
- Sourcing leads via direct methods and independent closure for the allotted project
- Looking for new opportunities to form partnerships & tie ups
- Creating and maintaining a database of partners & expanding CP network.
- Making visits to partners and training their teams.
- Necessary follow ups with customers to meet our targets.
- Maintaining MIS records of channel performance.
- Identifies processes / procedures in own work area that needs improvement
- Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency / cost / productivity
- Undertake extensive travel to do research in the market for leads/new CP empanelment
- Sales personnel are required to work on weekends and will have week-offs instead since customers visit sites also during their offs
Job Specifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
