Senior Executive - Business Operations - Bank (3-6 yrs)
(Weekly off on Saturday and Sunday depending on the business requirement.)
Job description :
- Number and data driven personnel to deliver meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with different cross functional teams to bring an issue to a closure.
- Define clear and well-scoped requirements and usability documents that are easily understood by all the audiences.
- Create, Improvise and Execute: Drive business operations and continuously solving edge cases, improvising and optimizing over time.
- Help with extensive Reconciliation activity for finance team.
- Flexible and professional approach towards work.
- Qualities - Team player, Quick learner.
- Ownership to manage end to end programs.
- Bring innovative solution on the table with lateral thinking.
Skillset required - Must have :
- People Management Experience
- Excel (Advanced)
- Good communication (Oral/written)
- Finance background (Basic knowledge)
Any specific Education background preferred: MBA
Any Target companies/Industry: E-Commerce, Insurance, Technology. Finance.
