Senior Executive - Business Development - Tavel (4-6 yrs)
Hiring Senior Executive for Tour Department for an established corporate client in Inbound tour .
- Corporate Sales professional from any Industry with Excellent English can apply.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage all sales visits to companies to increase the revenues
- Implement and supervise the strategies developed by senior management for the business growth
- Be responsible for delivery of client proposals, contracts, budgets and any further documentation
- Ensure that all business opportunities are captured and explored
- Understand the capability of the Delivery team, identify the skill gaps and qualify the leads.
- Maintain database of clients - past and current
Competencies required :
- Demonstrates high-level communication skills (includes interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, presentation and representation) with particular ability to articulate concepts/ideas in English and Hindi.
- Ability to monitor and drive own performance including implementation of initiatives/strategies and action plans to ensure successful achievement of agreed outcomes. Identification of opportunities within the market, and the ability to optimize those opportunities
