Senior Executive - Business Development/Sales - IT Staffing (9-12 yrs)
- To understand the existing clients and requirement flows And work towards growing and enhancing customer relationships by getting more business.
- To identify and explore new IT Staffing business opportunities both from open market and references And by cold calling, E - mailing and Personal visits as per Guidance given by management.
- To initiate plan and create a sales pipeline with special focus to place.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Make cold calls for new business leads
- Support in writing new business proposals
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
