- As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be required to successfully initiate and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers. The candidate also needs to be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, reaching out to referrals, to generate sales. We are looking for passionate, bold, confident who is willing to travel regularly to generate the business.
Job Description, Responsibilities, Goals and Scope :
1) Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business
2) Generate revenue from existing and new clients
3) Responsible for generating and managing leads
4) Generate and provides quotations to the customers and follow-up till closure of sales
5) Proactively identify, pursue and maintain a constant pipeline of customers to meet or exceed established sales targets
6) Gain and maintain access to company decision makers via a disciplined and structured prospecting regimen, including cold calling, networking, attending tradeshows and social media
7) Negotiate and close sales by identifying and addressing queries / objections/ concerns from the customers
8) Build productive trust relationships with customers
9) Travel regularly to meet the customers
Key Skills :
1) Candidate must be a graduate or undergraduate
2) Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in business development and experience in retail industry sales in preferred
3) Must have own two-wheeler for travel
4) Strong network connections in the domestic apparel industry is a plus
5) Good communication skills in English and south Indian language
6) Candidate who can join immediately would be preferred
7) Strong brand-building passion, a can-do attitude, and strong entrepreneurial instincts are necessary
8) Effective communication, comprehension skill & Active listening skills
9) Positive and enthusiastic attitude
10) Customer focus and result oriented approach
