Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the recruitment and staffing industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and Target New Clients : Research and identify potential clients in need of recruitment and staffing services. Develop and execute strategies to engage and secure new business.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships : Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales and Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our recruitment and staffing solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to identify new opportunities and improve our services.

Collaboration : Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates. Coordinate with other departments to support business development initiatives.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline. Prepare regular reports on progress and performance.
