Senior Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (1-10 yrs)
- Outstanding sales abilities and the ability to interact with customers.
- Good working knowledge of real estate brokers & builders and their business responsibilities.
- Maintaining co-ordination with clients with giving demo descriptions and convincing them for subscribing to the application.
- Collaboration with cold calling, presenting the application to the clients and approaching them.
- Present our company to potential clients and will be responsible for generating net sales and new revenues.
- Responsible for key account relationships with key customers in the region.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs.
- Overall responsibility for sales/sales targets to maximize revenue and meet targets.
- Understanding property requirements of prospects through emails or phone.
- Regular coordination with builders/brokers and maintaining healthy relationships with them.
- This would be a field job, a 2-wheeler is mandatory.
