Senior Business Development Executive
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- To develop new business and promote the sales of the organization - Ability to individually generate and qualify leads by identifying, cold-mailing & calling
- Regularly follow-up & prospecting
- He/she sets realistic expectations and pushes through on these expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible.
- Generation of Corporate business by identifying potential clients and acquisition of the same.
- Prepare corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and manage the expectations of the customers.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports of the business developing activities.
- Systematically call on Key Corporate Accounts within the operating region and develop opportunities
- Pre-qualify and target Key Corporate Accounts, utilizing the database and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotels market share for the operating region.
- Prepare an annual business plan for the corporate segment in the operating region with growth & ensuring regional objectives are fulfilled.
- Explore & Develop new markets.
- Bring new corporate accounts to the company
- Meeting top corporate decision makers & regular travellers, to solicit business.
- Research & Survey -Conduct regular Market Surveys and Competitor Research
- Identify the best talent, and lead a team of syndicate market research professionals
- Identifying new opportunities, maximize new revenue & meet targets.
- Participate and contribute to corporate initiatives beyond assigned responsibilities.
- Remain flexible as work responsibilities change based on business needs
Qualification : Science Graduate / MBA
