Senior Executive - Business Development - IT (4-10 yrs)

Key Skill Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (MBA would add brownie points)
- 4+ years experience in business development in the domestic and global markets
- Extensive background in operational experience, project management and capability development with a proven track record
- Must have decent familiarity with latest technologies, cloud servers and software architecture
- Experience in the EH&S field would be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of industry best practices, market place trends and requirement analysis
- Travel requirement for at least 10 days every month (domestic and / or global).
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the early identification and qualification of new business opportunities.
- Should handle the technical demonstration of the solutions
- Should able to feasibility check of the customization efforts
- Responsible for technical proposal preparation
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships in support of sales opportunities.
- Develop and master knowledge of software offerings of interest to the domestic as well as global market.
- Prepare effective demonstration collateral
Job Purpose:
- The business development executive shall be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities for Company to pursue. He / She will look to expand in new markets through the domain-led solutions.
- For the purpose, candidates would be required to convert leads and inquiries into long term business associations. These leads are generated by an existing team and are - highly qualified- - ready to be converted into long term business associations.
- Responsibilities include (but not restricted to) understanding the specific requirements of the customer, demonstrating the accurate solution that matches up to the customer's requirements and preparing - deal-winning- proposals that would highlight our distinct offerings as a - stand-out proposition- for our customers to consider.
- We are looking for a self-driven, open minded and fresh thinking team player who can work with the Company team for securing new business / revenue generation.
