Job description:
This position is a part of India Sales Team and is an Individual Contributor role and evolve as Business development Manager. The role will represent VDA Infosolutions in Mumbai, Pune regions to Identify New Business opportunities, Drive Account Based Strategy and Strong Engagement, Exceed Set Targets and work with cross functional team to achieve Business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for selling Technology OEM products/solutions across infrastructure components and VDA Infosolution's IT Infra service offerings (Data Center, Network and Security, Messaging and Collaboration, End-User Services, Information Management, IT Service Management/GRC) directly to select enterprise named customers as a key focus area. Need to possess the sales and technical expertise required to conduct all phases of the sales cycle.
- Experience with Tier1/2 SI is preferred
- Responsible to drive deals from opportunity identification, validation, qualification.
- Participate and team up with technical, presales and OEM Technology specialists to provide complete solutions to customers.
- Map competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies, often in conjunction with Partners along with seniors of the organization.
- High degree of commitment and goal orientation is a must and must be willing to adjust to the demands of a dynamic environment.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Overall about 3-5 years- experience in selling, with a proven track record in sales
- Minimum 2 year's experience handling/ selling core IT infrastructure or application.
- Candidate should have fairly good knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies (Server/Storage/Network/Voice/Cloud/Middleware etc. & IT Service Management and management tools)
- Candidate should have developed new accounts and managed existing accounts.
- Candidate must have good connects with partner ecosystem in the region
- Candidate must possess excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
Education
- UG - B.Tech/B.E. Desirable, Graduation degree compulsory
- PG - MBA/PGDM - Information Technology Desirable
