Senior Executive - Business Development - IT (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Bidding on portals like Upwork, Guru and similar portals.
- Presales (Lead Generation activities via email marketing, social media (LinkedIn) etc).
- Expertise in preparing BRD, SOW Document, SRS & Wire-frame drafting etc. for clients and establish further communication with them via Skype, Zoom/Calls.
- Determine the scope and timeline of new bids. Lead and coordinate the preparation of the bid ensuring that other contributors provide information on time to the correct standard answering the client's needs.
- Formulate appropriate responses to RFP/RFI's, Proposals etc.
- Effectively set, communicate and manage project expectations to team members
- Ensure tasks and responsibilities are correctly assigned to appropriate personnel during Sprint planning/execution
- Coach, mentor, motivate and provide help to team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned Work.
- Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manages project budget and determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing.
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Close follows up with the clients in order to get business.
- Building the long-term relationship with clients and convert clients into the repeated client.
- Responsible for customer engagement from a presales perspective. Meeting Clients so as to understand their needs and anticipated requirements and servicing them with best possible solutions.
- Excellent team player and ability to lead a team. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; proactive in prioritizing own workload and assigned areas of responsibility to others Able to influence assertively to get results
KEY SKILLS:

- Explore and target new business leads & opportunities (US/UK/AUS markets)
- Compile, edit, and proofread commercial proposals which contain technical content and designs ensuring that these are presented in a professional and concise manner.
- Management of all aspects of the bid process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Understanding the client's requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through Social networking, referrals and presentations.
- Work closely with Presales team to present solutions & proposals to customers.
- Developing, maintaining and maturing sales pipeline by rigorously driving the bid cycle.
- Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Integral part of Decision Making team for throughout Agile Methodology. Checking the WBS before the project starts.
- Keep CRM up to date with bids and discussions.
