Senior Executive - Business Development - International Sales - IT (2-4 yrs)
What we are looking for?
Dynamic graduate / post graduate executives with 2 to 4 years of experience having strong English communication (Oral & Verbal) skills and experience in making outbound calls to prospective clients and partners in International regions. Ability to do internet research, follow up effectively on emails, phone calls explaining about our products, solutions in order to generate appointments for our sales team and also to convert prospects to clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Planning Marketing campaigns on Monthly basis to generate leads
- Acquiring new clients and retaining the existing clients and to generate leads to telemarketing (cold calling)
- Create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange demo with technical team
- Maintaining client database through CRM to forecast the business pipeline
- Gathering high level requirements from clients and to generate RFP and RFQ
- Coordinating with internal development team for different projects in different platform
- Responsibility to achieve Individual target
- Working close with management for key accounts
- Maintaining & Developing Clients Business Relationship
- To ensure the actual failures are identified in improving the quality thereby the performance grid and the consistent achievement by triggering the team regularly
- Accountable for managing the complete process of the organisation on a need basis and following up with the client
