Senior Executive - Business Development - Hospitality/Hotel/Restaurant/Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Qualify leads from corporate clients
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective)
- Report to the Business Development Manager on sales results
Key Skills :
- Sales / Business Development in Real Estate or Hospitality / Hotels / Restaurants
- B2B sales experience is Real Estate or Hospitality sector
- Sales exp in Commercial Leasing is preferred
- B2B sales exp in Interior Designing industry is preferred
