Senior Executive - Business Development - Full Truck Load (1-2 yrs)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred. (Or an equivalent combination of work and education.
- Equivalent combination of work experience)
- Minimum 1 year's industry experience required.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Develop PTL, FTL (Full truck load) Business for the company through approaching new clients.
- Generate leads through existing and new contacts for business in field of PTL, FTL
- Daily Sales calls visit to customers
- Focus on winning and maintaining profitable business.
- To develop and maintain good relationship with the client.
- Develop a system for strong payments follow-up and should be able to take responsibility of outstanding.
Skills and Competencies :
- Business Professional.
- Mentally strong to do sales and marketing
- Hard worker. Must enjoy field work and sales calls.
- Confidence in giving presentations to large number of people.
- Analytic skills to review both financial and operational data.
- Proven Negotiation Skills complied with the ability to close business deals.
- Customer-oriented & team player.
