Senior Executive - Business Development - Food Ingredient (3-7 yrs)
Specific Responsibilities :
- Establish new customer relations through cold/warm calling, meetings, presentations, trade shows, follow-up on marketing-generated leads and other agreed-upon method
- Needs to have experience in selling FOOD INGREDIENTS and not finished product.
- Provide monthly business activity summaries and sales funnel updates to the Business Development Manager.
- Manage the supplier and customer relations for the product lines handled
- Regular follow-up for orders, receivables and payments with all the customers.
- Regular market analysis to assess the demand, prices for specific products.
- Regularly meeting the key customers and suppliers.
- Map the market and competition on a regular basis
- Frequent travel to assign territories for effective customer management.
- Fluent in English
- Needs to travel frequently within Mumbai as well as outside Mumbai.
Education : Graduate in food technology (preference)
