Senior Executive - Business Development - Executive Search Firm (2-6 yrs)
Job Summary :
- Establish network of relationships with key decision makers in small/medium & large sized companies and ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business .
- Cold Calling, Business Development and Lead Generation via Phone, Email and Web.
- Perseverant with ability to meet deadlines and Sales targets Building leads pipeline by executing campaigns
- Must have knowledge in using spreadsheet.
- Also, they should have their own two wheelers
JD :
- Direct Selling and Target Based ( Field Sales/Out Side Sales).
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients. Maintain customer sales transaction report. Keeping update on delivery status/ proof, invoice to support sales team.
- Handle customer queries/escalations.
- Should have effective negotiation and administration ability.
- Liaison between other teams to provide service / support. Handle various reports.
- Up selling /cross selling products.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Should have excellent customer service skills
