Senior Executive - Business Development - Commodity Exchange (3-7 yrs)
Company: Reputed Commodity Exchange Company.
Role: Business Development - Senior Executive.
Location: Mumbai / Kolkata.
Requirements:
Post Graduate in any specialization from a recognized University (preferably, in Finance / Sales and Marketing) or equivalent.
The ideal candidate should have minimum 3-6 years of experience.
Responsibilities :
- Creating and leveraging a strong broker relationship, promoting exchange products and services.
- Conducting seminars, events with brokers, investor associations etc. for promoting exchange traded products and on-boarding new clients.
- Strategic planning for growth of Business and regular monitoring and tracking of business development activities to achieve targets.
- Supporting brokers for timely resolution of queries by coordinating with various internal departments.
- Bring in customer intelligence and feedback for growth and development of Business.
- Work along with other teams to address customer needs.
- Build, maintain and leverage on relationships with the decision maker within each broker to influence adaption of exchange products.
To ensure preparation of business MIS reports and to undertake business analytics, on a regular basis.
- Knowledge and experience of commodity derivatives market.
- Strong client engagement skills.
- Experience facilitating customer meetings and presenting to an audience in a concise and convincing manner.
- Excellent presentation and influential skills.
- MS Office, especially Excel for spreadsheet analysis work and PowerPoint is essential.
- Self-initiative and creative approach for learning and to take new responsibilities.
- A good team player with open and positive attitude.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
