Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Making enhanced outbound calls (Appx. 80-100 calls) on leads provided by the company
- Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of different job seeker services like Resume, LinkedIn and courses provided like Six Sigma, IFRS, Big Data, Digital Marketing etc
- Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new candidates and growing business from existing candidates
- Creating database of existing and new candidates
- Understanding and managing personal performance on daily basis
- Adhering to quality standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduates/Post Graduates with 0.6 to 2 yrs of Exp in Sales/business development/Voice process
- Must have excellent Spoken & written communication skills in English
- People looking for a corporate exposure are encouraged to apply
