Senior Executive - B2B Sales - Personal Care (1-10 yrs)
Job Description:
1. B2B Sales , Marketing & Business Dev activities for Personal care Ingredients products
2. Increasing market share in existing markets & maximize new business development opportunities.
3. Identifying and reporting on Business opportunities in the target region
4. Customer Coordination :Monitoring customer orders, Invoice; dispatch and shipment etc. of the assigned Region
5. Market Research : Identification & development of potential customers; maintaining customer & competitors database of the Region
6. Follow-up for dispatch as per schedule.
7. To plan and visit customers in the region on a routine and regular basis by self initiative and as per direction of reporting officer.
4. Strictly Adhering to CRM entry on daily basis. All client/customer communication need to be entered strictly and weekly review will be conducted as per CRM entries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales (60%) :
2. Understand market trends and customer needs, applying this knowledge to key customer targets
3. Develop and implement strategic account-specific plans to build customer relationships and business
4. Existing account maintenance and business growth
5. Price negotiations with all customers in territory
6. Follow up on new leads and opportunities, prioritize projects and commercialize projects to achieve sales growth each year.
Marketing (40%) :
2. Strategic Alignment Enable the business teams short, medium, and long-term objectives for accounts, applications, channels, and markets. Work closely with marketing to align marketing strategies within the individual business segments.
