Senior Executive - B2B/Direct Sales - Manufacturing (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B customers
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
2. Account Management & Customer Retention
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (plant managers, procurement heads, etc.).
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement and problem-solving.
- Drive account expansion by upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
3. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to internal teams for product/service enhancements.
4. Sales Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system as needed
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales in a manufacturing-related service company.
- Industry Exposure: Manufacturing, industrial services, or allied sectors.
- Sales Expertise: Strong direct sales, lead generation, and deal-closing experience.
- Communication & Negotiation: Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields. MBA preferred.
Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and market expansion.
