Senior Executive/Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate (3-4 yrs)
Job Description
- Developing and nurturing relationship with new and existing clients.
- Looking for a hard core performer in selling Residential Property.
- Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and also in conversion of prospective customers who are keen to use competitor's projects.
- Maintaining strong relationships with Channel partners and appropriate teams within developer corporations to ensure strong market leverage.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Under leadership and guidance of the Head of Sales and Marketing overseeing and co-ordinating the activities for achieving increased growth and profitability.
- Handling Direct Sales, Channel Sales and Corporate tie - up activity for generate maximum business for Residential Project.
- Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization.
- Monitoring and positioning for all future projects.
Job Specification
- Any Degree with 3 - 4 years Experience
- Must be from Real Estate Back Ground
- Should have Good Communication written and verbal
- Worked on any ERP / Excel etc
- Confidence and Presentation skills
- Good CRM knowledge
- Preferably Affordable Housing experience
