ROLE PROFILE

Job Title : Business Development Executive: B2G Sales Tendering

Reporting line : Manager - Central Sales

Location : South Delhi

Job Description for Business Development Executive:

- Identify relevant projects through online portals and links and put them in the sales funnel.

- Prepare a key detail sheet for discussion on approval to bid.

- Handling the complete bidding process in co-ordination with regional sales team.

- Participating in Pre bid meetings

- Identify market trends for policies as well as pricing.

- Weekly and monthly collection follow-ups with regional teams.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely progress and deliverables.-

- Establish and maintain cost breakdown structure for budgets and other parameters for complete project scope based upon approved estimate.

- Support the Project Execution team through weekly, monthly status reports on the project- planning- progress for cash flow.

- To manage all- project- related details and information across all regions.

- To coordinate with project teams for billing to client and payment to vendors as per payment terms.

- Raising of RA Bills to client.

- Experience in EPC / Solar Power Projects is only Preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

a. Education:

B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical/Any graduate from a recognized university.

b. Experience:

2 -6 years of experience in EPC / Solar industry on similar profile.

c. Knowledge, skills and abilities:

- Hands on with e procurement websites.

- Good knowledge of MS office.

- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.

- Good written and oral communications skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Open to travel for meetings.
