Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales - Shipping (2-10 yrs)
Designation - Sr. Executive/ Asst. Mgr (Sales)
Job Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to new customers. Provided information of Co's services to potential and existing customers.
- Manage customer inquiries and problems Solicit individual accounts for Export & Import FCL, LCL & by Air /Ocean Shipments Business.
- Follow up on progress Ensured quality service to both customers and colleagues.
- Responsible for "up-selling" in order to maximize sales revenue. Meet and arrange meetings with prospective Customers to generate business for the facilities.
- Establish client base of organizations, through direct outside and inside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the Company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Negotiate Customers Inquiry rates.
- Confirm in writing to the client all requirements via sales contract. Assist the Manager of Sales with the implementation and achievement of the Sales
- Marketing plan. Respond quickly to Customers requests and try to solve out ASAP.
- Making sales report for the month end and reporting to sales manager and area manager. Follow up for payment with customer
Job Location: Belapur
CTC: 2.5 -4.2 lacs
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate.
Note: Candidates can only who have experience in Air Export, Air Import, Ocean Export & Ocean Import
